Vessel design considerations include inlet/outlet gas temperatures, hydrostatic loads, vessel configurations, along with site specific considerations such as local climate, wind and seismic conditions.
The Cera-Corr™ design team uses the latest available technologies to perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on each vessel design. These FEA models help guide design engineers to apply the most cost effective and reliable construction practices for each project.

Universal Blastco uses the latest available technologies for Corrosion Resistant Tiling Systems.
Our technologies include Vinyl Ester Tile Mortars, Flake Glass and Elastomeric Urethane Membranes and the Highest Quality Glazed Tile and Acid Brick.
